Transition analysis
Transition analysis is the fourth module of MASH-FRET and is accessed by pressing
in the main
tool bar.
Use this module to identify the most probable state configuration and quantify state transition rates. Transition analysis recieves as input Trace processing’s output state sequences or state sequences read from ASCII files. See Create a new project to get started.
