Histogram analysis
Histogram analysis is the fourth module of MASH-FRET and is accessed by pressing
in the main
tool bar.
Use this module to identify the most probable state configuration and quantify state relative populations. Histogram analysis recieves as input Trace processing’s output trajectories and state sequences. See Create a new project to get started.
